PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contamination of an outer wall caused by an exhaust current by preventing hitting on the outer wall of the exhaust current exhausted from indoors. SOLUTION: By providing a composition having, on the indoors 2 side, a protrusion shaped part 11 wherein a thickness is increased from an outer circumference rim 9 toward a center 10 in a shielding part 7 provided in outdoors 3 via a support member 6 in an outdoor side end of a body tube part 5 fit in a duct 3 provided in the outer wall 1 of a building and making the indoors 2 side communicate with an outdoors 3 side, since the exhaust current flows in an opposite outer wall 1 side when broke away from the outer circumference rim 9 of the shielding part 7, the contamination of an outer wall face 1a caused by the exhaust current can be prevented.
