PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact suction pipe structure having a resonance space of a resonator without increasing a pressure loss in a suction pipe passage.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a suction pipe structure comprising: a suction pipe part 3 forming a suction passage 11 for feeding air into an engine; and resonators 5a, 5b for absorbing sound having a prescribed frequency component. The resonator has a stream-line wall surface part α in which the suction pipe part is extended toward the inner surface of the suction passage and an arc is drawn from an upstream side end toward a downstream side end. A cover part 17c assuring a prescribed space absorbing sound of a prescribed frequency component is fixed to the stream-line shaped wall surface. The wall surface of the stream-line wall surface part at the most-protruded position in the suction passage has a communication part 21 communicating between the suction passage and the prescribed space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
