PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for casting self-leveling material, by which the self-leveling material can be evenly poured onto a supporting portion, and levelness necessary for installation of a pump can be ensured during casting the self-leveling material.SOLUTION: In a method for casting self-leveling material in a pump-installation portion where a supporting portion 17 for supporting a pump is arranged around an opening 14 formed in a base structure for installing the pump, formworks 46, 47 are arranged on the supporting portion 17, and a filled space 48 surrounded by the formworks 46, 47 on the supporting portion 17 and a bypass passage 52 striding across the opening 14 and communicating with at least two different positions A and B of the filled space 48 on the supporting portion 17 are arranged thereon.
