PURPOSE:To manufacture at high efficiency capsules excellent in strength at airtightness, by using a maleic anhydride series polymer dissolved by a magnesium compound as a dissolution additive and gelatin as a hydrophlic colloid for the manufacture of microcapsule. CONSTITUTION:In a complex coacervation method using gelatin as one of hydrophlic colloids, a copolymer of a vinyl compound, e.g., isobutylene, styrene, etc., and maleic anhydride, or a maleic anhydride series polymer, which is dissolved with the aid of a dissolution additive composed mainly of a magnesium compound, e.g., magnesiun hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, etc., is used as the counter substance of gelation. The manufactured microcapsule with core sulstances is excellent in strength and airtightness and consists of identical particles. |
