A variable type hot-wind drying system according to the present invention comprises: a hot-wind supply unit for supplying hot wind and blowing wind; a plurality of palettes connected with the hot-wind supply unit via a duct, wherein the palettes have a plurality of penetration holes for ventilation, which are formed in the outside surfaces of the palettes such that the hot wind supplied from the hot-wind supply unit is uniformly supplied inside the palettes; a plurality of loading boxes, which have a plurality of penetration holes for ventilation formed in the outside surfaces and store medicines, crops, or marine products therein, wherein the loading boxes are mountable on the upper surfaces of the palettes in a multi-stage manner; a suction unit for sucking hot wind and moisture passing through the loading boxes from the hot wind generator and discharging the hot wind and moisture to the outside; and a cover, which covers the loading boxes and the external surfaces of the palettes to form a sealed inner space, thereby preventing the heat loss and release from the hot wind supplied from the hot wind supply unit. Through the above constitution, the variable type hot-wind drying system can be implemented at low costs, and has high space availability since the system, due to the variable type thereof, can be installed at any location without the space restriction. In addition, the variable hot-wind type drying system can reduce the labor since the entrance and output, or the conveying procedure is convenient, and can be easily used for drying crops, medicines, or marine products due to excellent drying efficiency thereof.
