The present invention relates to a CFRP plate and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a CFRP plate on which a steel plate welded with a weld nut is integrally stacked and a manufacturing method thereof. In the CFRP plate, a steel plate (51) having a weld nut (52) welded on a lower surface thereof is interposed between two CFRP layers (32, 33) which are adjacent to each other, and a foam (40) is interposed between a second layer (32) on which the steel plate (51) is stacked and a first layer (31) below the second layer (32), wherein a guide pin (54) is inserted into the steel plate (51), the second layer (32), and the foam (40). A hole is formed on the second layer (32) on which the weld nut (52) is positioned, and the foam (40) located below the hole is formed with a groove for accommodating the weld nut (52). In addition, a resin is injected into the weld nut (52) in a state that a temporary bolt (53) is inserted into the weld nut (52), and the temporary bolt (53) is removed after the resin is injected into the weld nut (52). According to the present invention, a vehicle can be manufactured by applying a CFRP plate without a considerable change in a manufacturing process because the CFRP plate is integrally formed with a weld nut.
