The present invention relates to a vehicle information providing terminal to transmit a voice signal to the other terminal provided in the vehicle by using a short-range wireless communication function to allow a user to perform a phone call function with respect to the other terminal, when a terminal connected to the vehicle information providing terminal in a vehicle receives a call signal. The vehicle information providing terminal which provides vehicle information comprises: an interface unit which is connected to a terminal providing a vehicle interface; an output unit which receives and outputs the vehicle interface provided to the interface unit, and provides a selection list through the vehicle interface when the terminal receives the call signal; and a user input unit which receives a selection input for selecting a second terminal capable of speaking by a telephone from the selection list.
