A vehicle position detection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a receiving part for receiving a radar signal; an AC/DC conversion part for converting a radar signal into a digital signal; a zero padding processing part for performing zero padding, whereby a signal corresponding to 0 is added to a digital signal such that the number of samples of the digital signal is 2n; an FFT processing part for generating a conversion signal by applying a fast Fourier transform to the digital signal; and a vehicle position detection part for detecting, as a vehicle position, a point corresponding to a peak of the conversion signal. |
