An infrared remote control circuit, comprising a CPU (100), an infrared remote control transmission circuit (200), and a learning circuit (300), the infrared remote control transmission circuit (200) comprises a modulator (210) and an infrared transmission module (220); the learning circuit (300) comprises an infrared receiving module (310) and a filtering shaping module (330); the CPU (100) is configured to produce and output infrared carrier waves and infrared codes; and is also configured to identify the infrared codes of infrared signals; the modulator (210) is configured to modulate the infrared carrier waves and infrared codes output by the CPU (100) to produce a modulated waveform, and to control the infrared transmission module (220) by means of the modulated waveform; the infrared transmission module (220) is configured to transmit an infrared signal; the infrared receiving module (310) is configured to receive a learned infrared signal; the filtering shaping module (330) is configured to implement filtering and shaping of the infrared signal to acquire an infrared code of the infrared signal.
