摘要 The present invention relates to a carriage crosslinking system and a control method thereof. More specifically, the carriage crosslinking system can connect or separate carriages more precisely than a conventional connection system in consideration of surrounding environment variables when connecting or separating the carriages. The carriage crosslinking system, which connects multiple carriages, includes: a measurement index unit which collects measurement data obtained in advance or data obtained by measuring internal and external environment variables of the carriages to make an index with the collected data in accordance with a preset reference value; a management index unit which presents an action plan in accordance with indexing the measurement index unit; and an evaluation index unit which evaluates the connection state in each preset level after connecting the carriages in accordance with the action plan presented by the management index unit. The carriage crosslinking system can connect carriages more precisely in consideration of surrounding environment variables by presenting a detailed action plan in accordance with the surrounding environment, thereby improving precision. The carriage crosslinking system can evaluate the executed process in accordance with the action plan, receive feedback therefrom, and reset the index to take action for additional improvement regarding weak points. The carriage crosslinking system also provides an objective methodology for quantification by indexing the internal and external environment variable data of the carriages, thereby enhancing the precision and reducing the time required in connecting the carriages.
