PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder which can inhibit a phenomenon that a base end part of a raised cut piece after binding, tends to be caught by the edge of a hole in an anvil, using a comparatively simpler means of construction.SOLUTION: A binder includes an anvil which has a hole for forming a raised cut piece P5 and binding paper P using the raised cut piece. The bound paper P is moved along the surface of the anvil and then, pulled out through a gap for paper insertion. In this case, in order to guide a base end part P54 of the raised cut piece P5 on the surface of the anvil, a slope is formed at the edge of the hole on the side where the base end part of the raised cut piece P5 remaining on a back Pb side of the paper passes. |
