PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heatproof structure for IC card in which erroneous operation of an IC card due to heat emitted from electronic parts mounted on a board can be prevented without hindering effective use of the board. SOLUTION: An IC card holding frame 2 has a pair of card guide rails 3 on the left and right sides thereof and the guide rails 3 guide an IC card 1 when it is connected with an IC card connector 8. The leg 22 of a heat ray reflector 6 is inserted into the slit 23 of a printed board 4 and retained in place by means of the IC card holding frame 2. Since radiation from a heating part 5 is reflected on the heat ray reflector 6, temperature rise of the IC card 1 is suppressed.
