PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic heater which allows for long term use of a mold used in the injection molding of a ceramic heater.SOLUTION: A ceramic heater 800 includes: a substrate 810; a heating part 833 including a front end 832, and a pair of legs 834a,b extending from the front end 832 toward rear end; and conductive parts 836a,b connected with the legs 834a,b and extending to the rear end side. A ratio S1/S2 of a smallest cross-sectional area S1 of the heating part 833 to a cross-sectional area S2 of the legs 834a,b is 0.4 or less. The heating part 833 includes convex parts 8341-8351 provided with a cross-sectional area smaller than the legs 834a,b on the legs 834a,b. The convex parts 8341-8351 are disposed at positions farther from other legs 834a,b than a part closest thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
