A concentrated compact single body welder comprises: a single unit constructed in an intensive single body; a body part wherein the single unit is installed; a handle part combined integrally to the body part; and welding rod holders installed in a support part fixated to the body part. The body part includes a single unit constituted with system operation control parts comprising: a heat sink; a power input/output circuit part constituted with a rectification part, and an inverter by mounting a component on a single first print substrate installed in a lower side of the heat sink; and a control part including a pulse width modulation (PWM) circuit controlling an output power of a system DC supply part and a system by mounting components on a second print substrate of another terminal installed in an upper plane of the heat sink. The handle part accommodates a condenser in a state of protruding downwards from the single unit, and a support and switching parts installed in the handle part. The support is installed by intervening a spring elastically supporting the handle of the welder holder. The switching parts turn on/off operation of the compact welder. A high voltage transformer is installed in the housing. Housings are configured to arrange an electrically wired power input port and an earth line, or an independent component is mounted on the body part thereof; and a single unit is able to be installed in the housing. |
