PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste supply status management device capable of accurately identifying a cause when trouble occurs in paste supply.SOLUTION: A paste supply status management device comprises: a paste storage part 4 for storing a paste; paste coating nozzles 1a, 1b for discharging the paste; paste supply pipes 3a, 3b for supplying the paste from the paste tank 4 to the paste coating nozzles 1a, 1b; pressure sensors 2a, 2b, which are installed at a place within a predetermined distance from the paste coating nozzles 1a, 1b, for detecting pressure of the paste flowing through the paste supply pipes 3a, 3b; a storage part 12 for storing determination rules based on pressure change with the lapse of time for each predetermined event; and a control part 11 for collating pressure values acquired from the pressure sensors within a predetermined time with the determination rules, and determining whether the pressure values correspond to any event.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
