PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use ticket processor capable of performing processing corresponding to the function of a use ticket and to provide a ticket dispenser.SOLUTION: The use ticket processor in an embodiment includes a communication part, an optical reading part, and a control part. The communication part performs radio communication with a radio communication part possessed by the use ticket, to read information. The optical reading part optically reads the information from a display object displayed by the use ticket. The control part performs processing based on information for discriminating a medium included in the information read by the optical reading part and a combination of the reading state of the information by the optical reading part and the reading state of the information by the communication part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
