PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid storage device equipped with a cap, capable of preventing loss of a cap unfastened from the inlet of a tank and capable of making compatible proper blockage of the inlet and operationality improvement at drawing out.SOLUTION: A liquid storage device comprises a liquid storage chamber in which liquid is stored, a tank having an inlet formed by penetrating the wall part partitioning the liquid storage chamber and exterior, and a cap detachably loaded to the inlet to make it closable. The cap has: a first portion positioning at the path portion of the inlet when installed to the inlet to close the path portion; a second portion connected to the first portion to be positioned outside the tank; and an arm portion formed of an elastic material whose one end is connected to the second portion and whose other end is connected to the place deflecting from the area projecting the second portion outside the tank in the axial direction of the inlet. In the outer peripheral surface of the first portion, a first protrusion preventing coming off of the cap by engaging with the in-tank edge part of the inlet is provided on one portion including the area corresponding to the portion of the other end of the arm portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
