PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing gear which can reduce a load of an operator who performs an inspection work and so on, a scaffold and a vessel.SOLUTION: A closing gear 24 for closing an opening 25 provided in the middle of a scaffold part 9 comprises: a body part 26 which can be displaced between a closed position at which the opening 25 is closed from above and an open position which is provided above the closed position and at which the opening 25 is opened; and a regulation part 30 which extends in a direction along the scaffold part 9 while crossing a penetration direction of a user to the opening 25 side and regulates penetration of the user to the opening 25 side when the body part 26 is positioned at the open position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
