发明名称 IMBALANCE MEASURING DEVICE FOR MAGNETIC BEARING
摘要 PURPOSE:To correct imbalance while a rotating shaft is incorporated in a magnetic bearing by finding radial displacement in two right-angled directions in a plane crossing the rotating shaft at right angles. CONSTITUTION:Signals from detection coils 1a and 1b which detect the radial position of the rotating body and electromagnet winding coils 3a and 3b are energized to support the rotating body 2 magnetically. Signals from radial displacement detecting circuits 9a and 9b are sampled by samplers 10a and 10b synchronously with the output of a rotation pulse detecting circuit 5 and their outputs are led to arithmetic circuits 11a and 11b to calculate the amount of deflection and a phase angle. An arithmetic circuit 12 calculates axial imbalance and outputs it to a display device 13. The correction amount of imbalance and phase angle of a correctable device are calculated and outputted to an arithmetic circuit 14 or display device 15.
