Converter is designed to conduct chemical reaction between first and second medium thereby producing electrical energy and outlet flow of chosen high temperature. Power system has in addition turbine communicating with electrochemical converter and used to receive converter outlet flow which is converted by mentioned turbine into rotary energy and electrical energy. System may be provided, in addition, with steam generator and steam turbine for electrical energy generation.
