PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Mn-Zn based ferrite material where composition ratio of Fe2O3 is high, saturation magnetic flux density is high, and the temperature for minimizing core loss can be easily set at a practical temperature. SOLUTION: As the main components, Fe2O3 of 54-56 mol%, ZnO of 5-10 mol% and MnO as residue are contained in this material. As subcomponents, Li2CO3 of 0.01-0.5 wt.%, CaCO3 of 0.01-0.3 wt.% and SiO2 of 0.001-0.05 wt.% are contained. |
