PURPOSE:To reduce cost and improve the quality of recorded images by rotating a laser diode itself around a certain axis to deflect the writing light. CONSTITUTION:A scanner motor 1 rotates a rotor 2 at a certain speed by the control from the line of a motor control hardness 7, and a printed wiring board (PWB) 6 of a rotor control part fixed to the surface of the rotor 2 is rotated at a certain rotative speed together with the rotor 2 unitedly. A laser diode 3 which generates a laser beam for optical write is partially buried on the outside of the rotor 2, and the rotor 2 functions as a heat sink (radiator) of this laser diode 3. A power light emitting element 9 of a fixed control part 30 is the light source to supply the power energy, and a power light receiving element 13 is attached to the position always facing the power light emitting element 9 for the purpose of receiving the light of this light source. Thus, the laser light is deflected with a high precision without using a polygonal mirror.
