PURPOSE:To prepare the subject food cookable with a microwave oven and having excellent palatability by using a tray having a vent hole on the bottom and placing a frozen food coated with specific bread crumb on the vent hole. CONSTITUTION:A frozen food 3 (e.g., hamburger steak) is prepared by applying (A) oil-fried bread crumb 8 having grain size of >=4 mesh to (B) the surface of a food and freezing the coated food. The frozen food is placed on a tray 1 having a vent hole 2 on the bottom and packaged to obtain the objective food. |
