The invention relates to a connecting clamp for building elements made of stone, in particular for building elements made of soapstone for furnaces or the like, for connecting two elements 1, 2 together, which connecting clamp 3 has a central part or body 4 and at least two connection pins 5 projecting essentially at right angles from the latter, the body 4 being intended to be fitted into a groove 6 made in the edge of the stone element while the connection pins 5 go into bores 7 reserved for them. To produce a connecting clamp which is simple in terms of manufacturing and in particular one which is narrower than previously, the connecting clamp 3 consists of a piece punched out of metal sheet.
