<p>PURPOSE:To make uniform contact bonding possible in the width direction of a steel plate by adjusting the crown or deflection of a contact bonding roll and by pressing and contact bonding the steel plate. CONSTITUTION:When the resin well 5 in the central part of a steel plate width W is little, a protruding crown is formed in the central part of a contact bonding roll 2; and when the resin well 5 at a steel plate width W end is little, the protruding crown is formed at the end of the contact bonding roll 2. Also when the gap between the steel plates at the steel plate width end is small, the protruding crown is formed in the central part of the contact bonding roll; and when the gap between the steel plates in the central part of the steel plate width is small, the protruding crown is formed at the end of the contact bonding roll. In this way, the resin well of the contact bonding part or the gap between the steel plates is made uniform in the width direction of the steel plate. The state of the resin well and the gap between the steel plates are monitored by visual observation, industrial television, gap sensor, etc.</p> |
