<p>PURPOSE:To improve the recovery efficiency of specified gas components includ ed in gaseous starting material by successively providing a exhaust gas branch line equipped with an equalizing tower having adsorptive function in a continu ous line and transferring the specified gas recovered by adsorption in the equaliz ing tower on the startup of a changed adsorption tower to the adsorption tower. CONSTITUTION:Adsorption tower exhaust gas branch lines 12A, 12B are connected after adsorption tower exhaust gas branch line valves 13A, 13B and an equalizing tower 11 having adsorptive function is disposed in an equalizing tower gas line 14. Simultaneously, an equalizing tower exhaust gas line valve 15 is disposed after the equalizing tower 11 in the equalizing tower exhaust gas line 14. Thereupon, for an adsorption tower finishing operating in a desorption stage, gas in the equalizing tower is introduced into the adsorption tower on pressure rise by the introduction of the air which is a preceding stage of the introduction of gaseous starting material. Since the gas in the equalizing tower is almost recovered gas, most of the escaped gas is recovered by adsorption.</p> |
