A heavy fabric belt manufacturing system consists of a thread supplying part(A), an opening part(B) and a winding part(C). The light threads(4) fed from bobbins(3) in the thread supplying part(A) goes out in constant speed so that the tension of the threads keep constant. Operating shafts(22a) of hydraulic cylinders(22), arranged upper and lower part of the opening part(B), are connected to the heald frame(B), thereby the threads are elevated. The heavy fabric out of the opening part is wound in the winding part(C).
