<p>PURPOSE: To decrease uncomfortable vibrational sound and sliding sound of a cable reel for transmitting/receiving an electric signal between a movable body (on the handle side) and a fixed body (on the vehicle side) of a steering device for an automobile. CONSTITUTION: In a cable reel composed of a flat cable 1, a movable body 2 to be turned together with a handle, and a fixed body 3 to be fixed on the vehicle body side, a plurality of elastic members 14 are attached on at least one side of sliding surfaces of the fixed body 3 and the movable body 2 facing both ends in the width direction of the flat cable 1, thereby uncomfortable vibrational sound and sliding sound of the flat cable 1, to be generated with the rotation of the handle or the vibration of the vehicle is decreased.</p> |
