<p>PURPOSE: To easily and manually transfer a retort pouch food from a tray by reversing a roller plate with a tray frame forward in a state of holding the retort pouch food by way of putting the roller plate on the tray, reversing the tray frame with the tray in the backward direction after reversing and keeping the retort pouch food in a downward inclined state so that it slide in an aligned state. CONSTITUTION: A tray 3 taken out of a steam kettle is placed on a tray frame 2 and engaged with it. Thereafter, a lever receiver 6b and a lever 2b for reversion are fixed by putting a roller plate 6 on the tray frame 2 from above the tray 3 by way of reversing the roller plate 6 backward. A roller 8 pressurizes a retort pouch liquid food R so that it does not move. Thereafter, the tray frame 2 is reversed forward with the roller plate 6 and the tray frame 2 is reversed backward with the tray 3. The retort liquid pouch food R is left on the roller plate 6 in an aligned state. The roller plate 6 after reversion is kept in a downward inclined state against a net belt conveyor, and it can automatically feed the retort pouch liquid food R in the aligned state.</p> |
