PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a vacuum packaging without damaging a processed food by a method wherein the processed food is mounted on a case made of a film with thermoplastic property, and after covering the top surface with an upper side film with thermoplastic property, air in the case is replaced with steam of a high temperature, and then, the case is sealed. SOLUTION: When a lower side film 11 which is transferred by a motor 7 for the driving of a chain, closes the upper surface of a chamber 15 for forming, the feeding of the film 11 is stopped. Then, the chamber 15 is brought into contact with the lower surface of a lid body 14, and the film 11 is heated and softened, and then, the inside of the chamber 15 for forming is vacuumized to form a case K the top of which is opened. When a processed food such as omelet is placed on the case K, the upper surface of the case K is closed with an upper side film 20, and air in the case K is vacuumized in a chamber 22 for deaeration and bonding. At the same time, steam of the same amount of the vacuumized air is filled in the case K, and then, a heater descends, and bonds the upper side film 20 and the case K. |
