PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart almost constant pressing force regardless of the number of batch-charged sheets without using a solenoid actuator by energizing a first oscillating lever so that a pressure roller is elastically pressed toward a lead-in roller. SOLUTION: When a plurality of uneven bills 1 are batch-charged in a bill charging port 201, a motor is driven in first pressing mechanism, and a principal oscillating lever 104 is oscillated clockwise. A pressure roller 101 rotatably provided at a first oscillating lever 103 is pressed to the lead-in roller 205 side so as to hold a sheaf of charged bills 1 in between and to press it elastically. When the number of bills is small, the oscillating angle of the first oscillating lever 103 is large, and when the number of bills is large, an oscillating area of the first oscillating lever 103 is elastically suppressed by a torsion spring even if the oscillating area of the principal oscillating lever 104 is the same, and pressing force is made appropriate without becoming excessive. Bill lead-in action can thereby be performed stably regardless of the number of bills. |
