PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work, shorten the construction period, eliminate the need for a special job and prevent the generation of noise and a waste material during construction time. SOLUTION: A plurality of light gauge steel-made ceiling panels 1 joined with a tie material 7 are provided between a pair of parallel main frame materials 6. These ceiling panels 1 are arranged to hang their respective adjacent parts on a building skeleton, such as a beam with ceiling hanging hardware 2. The ceiling hanging hardware 2 is provided with a post 14 at the lower end of a hanging rod 13 where a grooved area 6a provided on the main frame material 6 of the ceiling panel 1 is fitted in the hardware, thereby fixing. The ceiling panel frames 1 are fitted into a grooved runner mounted on the wall surface at the indoor and outdoor peripheral areas.
