PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the compactification by supporting one end of each supporting member on a guide rail by one guided member, supporting the other end of the above described supporting member on the guide rail by two guided members and neighboring each feeding device to the other end side. SOLUTION: A head supporting member 22 is provided at a fixed rail 17, which is made to be the supporting member in the direction of a Y axis. A screw shaft 21 is rotated and driven through a toothed belt 20 by a servomotor 19 of a neighboring feeding device 18 and driven into the Y-axis direction. In the head supporting member 22, first and second head units U1 and U2 are provided. One end of the head supporting member 22 is supported on the guide rail 17 by one guided member 33. The other end of the head supporting member 22 is supported on the guide rail 17 by two guided members 33. The head units U1 and U2 can be moved in the direction of an X axis by the rotation of a feed screw by a servomotor 28. |
