HIGHLY RELIABLE PHYSICAL DISTRIBUTION MANAGING METHOD AND ITS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a commodity state required in delivery by a delivered destination in the physical distribution of a commodity of which state management is difficult by preparing handling instructing information for a commodity to be handled and transmitting the informa tion to a person in charge of physical distribution through a communication network. SOLUTION: A physical distribution identifier(ID) and state information are received from any person in charge of the physical distribution of a commodity to be handled out of a delivery source 22, a delivered destination 23 and a physical distributer 24 through the communication network 25. In the case of information from the delivery source 23, the processing ends. When the information is not sent from the delivery source 23, contract conditions related to the received physical distribution ID are retrieved from a storage device 212 and a contract condition related to a commodity ID included in the retrieved contract conditions and state predicting information are retrieved from the device 212. Then the state of the commodity to be handled is predicted based upon the state predicting information and the received state information and the handling instructing information of the commodity to be handled is prepared based upon the predicted result and the retrieved contract condition and the prepared information is transmitted to a commodity handling destination through the network 25.
