摘要 The heating involves a cooking cycle which begins with a first phase activation of the heating cycle followed by a switch off period. This is repeated and allows the rise and fall characteristics, which are dependent upon the food, the size of pan, etc, to be determined. Heating then proceeds to a second phase at a controlled rate until a required temperature is reached without overshoot. This is held during a third phase until cooking is complete.
