The base (2) of the lining is made of relatively solid material and has an upward curved support (6) for the longitudinal arch, and a transverse arch support (7) in the middle of the foot. The base is covered with padding at the top. The base is in the form of a frame and has a hole (3) extending in the lengthwise direction of the foot arch. The middle of the foot part of the base has a triangular protuberance (4) with the transverse arch support, protruding into the hole.
