摘要 The object of the invention is to produce compact shaped superconductor bodies from noble earth transition metal boron carbide and boron nitride compounds such that selective evaporation of individual components is avoided and the required stoichiometry can be accurately set during the production method. The method is characterized in that: a) a powder mixture is produced which has a particle size of between 1 and 250 mu m and contains: aa) at least one element from the group comprising Y, La, Ho, Dy, Er, Tm, Lu, Sc; ab) at least one element from the group comprising Ni, Cu, Co, Fe, Pd, Pt; and ac) B and N and/or carbides and nitrides and/or their mixed crystals; b) this powder mixture is converted by high mechanical forces into a secondary powder having an amorphous, nanocrystalline or amorphous-nanocrystalline structure; c) this powder is heat-treated to form superconductive phases, formation temperatures which are below the usual formation temperatures being applied; and d) the secondary powder is compacted by pressing to form shaped bodies, temperatures which are below the material conversion temperature being applied.
