The forming process for maintaining plainness of a forming portion and preventing deformation of a product when the formed area is formed to be greater than the size of the product is disclosed. To attach a nickel place on an inner surface of a top cover of an electric/electronic appliances, the concave forming portion(21) is formed on the material(20) by the consecutive transfer molding 1. The convex forming portion(22) is formed by bending upward the concave forming portion(21) of the material(20) at the die holder 31 of the single molding(30). Thus, plainness of the forming portion and a degree of molding of the product in a top cover for a car audio are improved.
