PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily increase a transmitter-receiver without changing an existing network exchange system by connecting a network exchange and respective radio equipments one to one. SOLUTION: This base station is composed of a general controller 25 and the three radio equipments 26, 28 and 30 and connected by the three signal lines of a data bus 33, an address bus 32 and a clock bus 34. The general controller 25 and the respective radio equipments 26, 28 and 30 are respectively provided with a CPU, a RAM and a ROM. Then, the respective radio equipments 26, 28 and 30 and the network exchange 13 are connected one to one by the 4B+D 38, 39 and 40 of ISDN basic interface 2 wires. The general control1.er 25 controls and manages the slot information of the entire base station and the information of a using carrier and performs slot allocation further. Controllers 27, 29 and 31 check the slot information and using carrier information of the radio equipments 26, 28 and 30 owned by the respective devices themselves and transmit them to the RAM of the general controller 25 by using the data bus 33.
