PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both the reliability of the joint of a partition wall and the mounting accuracy of a detector. SOLUTION: Projecting sections 20 for insertion formed on a partition wall 12 are inserted into slits 19 formed through the peripheral wall of a cylindrical vessel main body 11 which is constituted so that high-energy particles can come into collision with each other in the main body 11 and elongated in the axial direction 14 and the projections 20 are welded to the main body 11 with a laser beam 24 while extended sections 21 for locking wire formed on some of the projections 20 are pulled with pulling wires 22.
