PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PWM motor-drive device with improved rotation characteristics of a motor by preventing an output transistor from being saturated. SOLUTION: The PWM motor-drive device for driving each phase of a motor with pulses and for controlling electric energy supplied to a motor according to the duty ratio of the pulses is provided with a phase detection circuit 11 for detecting phase being driven out of a plurality of phases of the motor, and a saturation prevention circuit 10 for controlling so that the output transistor of the phase being detected by the phase detection circuit 11 cannot be saturated. |
