PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter system which is not solely operated with a simple constitution when the system power interrupted. SOLUTION: The system linkage power converter system comprises a frequency detector 4 for detecting the frequency from the voltage waveform of the system 10 and outputting a frequency corresponding value proportional to the detected frequency, two low-pass filters 5a, 5b inputting the corresponding value, an arithmetic unit 6 for calculating the absolute value of the difference of the outputs of the two filters 5a, 5b and outputting the difference, a level deciding unit 7 for deciding whether the output of the unit 6 exceeds a certain level or not and outputting a signal when the output exceeds the set level, an operation delay unit 8 for delaying the output signal of the unit 7 by a certain time limit and outputting the signal to a controller 3, and a reset delay unit 9 for delaying the output by another set time limit when the output signal of the unit 7 is eliminated and eliminating the output signal to the controller 3. |
