Bicycle and trailer combination

The trailer has a flatbed for carrying loads, two wheels and a towing bar. One end of the towing bar is pivot-connected to the frame of the bicycle in the region of the rear wheel axle. The other end of the towing bar is pivot-connected to the front region of the trailer with regard to the direction of travel. The towing bar and trailer are collapsible, and the rear section of the trailer can be fixed on the frame in the saddle area so that the flatbed can serve as a luggage rack.
