PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which has superior blade cleaning performance for an image carrier, an intermediate transfer body, and further a final transfer roll while maintaining high picture quality and high transfer performance as advantages of image formation using a spherical toner. SOLUTION: This image forming device 10 is equipped with at least an image carrier 11 where a latent image is formed, a developing device 13 which develops the latent image with the spherical toner to form a toner image, an intermediate transfer body B to which the toner image on the image carrier 11 is temporarily transferred, cleaning blades 15, 17, and 18 which remove remaining toner after transfer, and an indeterminate-shape particle supply means 1 which supplies indeterminate-shape particles to the intermediate transfer body B and further supplies the indeterminate-shape particles to the cleaning blades 15, 17, and 18 through the intermediate transfer body B. |
