The bushing (3) is constructed of a thin piece of spring material in the form of a tube that fits between the shaft (2) of the motor and the inner bore of the magnetic collar (1). The tube has indentations pressed into the surface to effectively increase the thickness. The result is a bushing that has a tight spring loaded grip on both the shaft and collar.
