PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmission/reception module which enables shielding from external noise and radiation noise with the source as itself with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In an optical transmission/reception module, in which an optical element and an electronic circuit component are mounted on a multilayered printed board 1 having a ground layer, one end of a flexible printed board 2 having a conductor layer is abutted against one end of the multilayered printed board 1 for electrically connecting the conductor layer with the ground layer, and the flexible printed board 2 is folded, thereby packing the mutilayered printed board 1 with the conductor layer. The multilayered printed board is shielded from noise by the conductor layer. |
