PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting positions of a wheel and a torch is provided to stably travel a welding machine, to improve the welding efficiency and to improve the welding quality. CONSTITUTION: A lengthwise plate is inserted between lower bodies(100). A guide roller under the lower bodies(100) is moved by contacting with a widthwise plate. Two wheels to be combined with the lower body(100) are contacted with one side of the lengthwise plate. A pair of wheels to be combined with the other lower body(100) is contacted with the other side of the lengthwise plate. The wheels are rotated by a reducing motor. A device is moved forward by the wheels. Both bonding faces of the plates are welded by moving both torches forward. In moving a roller bracket by rotating a handle and a control screw, the wheels are moved forward or backward the lengthwise plate. Thereby, the contacting force and positions of the wheels are adjusted. The torches are moved according to the welding positions by a torch position adjustor(400). Thereby, the welding is performed exactly.
