PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure strength of heat insulating panels and connecting parts, make assembling easy, and reduce fabrication costs. SOLUTION: A heat insulating box body comprises a left side panel, a right side panel, an upper side panel, a lower side panel, and a back side panel. The left and the right side panels comprise providing an outer plate and an inner plate on an outside and an inside of each of rectangular frame bodies 22 and filling and foaming a heat insulating material. Positioning members 30, 32 are provided on the top and the bottom of each of the frame bodies 22. The upper and the lower panels comprise providing an outer plate and an inner plate on an outside and an inside of each of rectangular frame bodies 38 and filling and foaming the heat insulating material. Connecting members 39, 41 are provided on the left and the right ends of each of the frame bodies 38. For the left and the right side panels and the upper and the lower panels, the left and the right connecting members 39, 41 and end parts 33a, 34a, 33b, 34b are positioned and connected to the corresponding positioning members 30, 32.
