摘要 PURPOSE: A self control and routing apparatus of a base station in a mobile communication system is provided to have a high adaptation efficiency with respect to a composite communication network by effectively performing a control and state management of a digital unit. CONSTITUTION: A CPU(101) is synchronized with a 33MHz clock signal outputted from a clock generator and controls an entire operation of the self control. The first to the fourth buffers(111-114) perform a buffering operation with respect to CDCA(CDMA Digital Channel card Assembly) state information, BICA(Baseband Interface Card Assembly) state information, a digital unit ID and a slot ID, and outputs them to the CPU(101). A baseband interface card controller(115) controls a baseband interface card according to the control of the CPU(101). An ECL level receiver(116) converts an optical system clock and an optical even the second clock into an electrical signal. A re-synchronizer(117) re-synchronizes the optical system clock and the optical even the second clock outputted from the ECL receiver(116). An ECL(Emitter Coupled Logic) level transmitter converts the optical system clock and the optical even the second clock outputted from the re-synchronizer(117) into an optical signal and outputs the converted signals to the CDCA and the BICA. A dual port RAM(119) stores a packet date outputted from the CPU(101) and an HDLC(High-level Data Link Control)device(120). The HDLC device(120) controls an HDLC communication of a forward and backward data.
