PURPOSE: A can and a producing method thereof are provided to conveniently drink a beverage by forming an upper end narrower than a lower end, to readily clean up a portion touched by lips, to easily open a lid and to make up an upper end in various shapes. CONSTITUTION: An upper end of a container body(110) is formed narrow. An opening port of a lower part of the container is wide so that there is no problem to displace a tool forming the container body. A lid(113) is formed on an upper face of the container body by a cutting line(112). An opener is bonded on the lid and one end of the opener is protruded a little toward the outside of the upper face of the container body. Thereby, the opener is readily erected and the lid is conveniently opened. Herein, a floor plate(120) is combined with a lower end of the container body.
